The tax refund process is mostly digital. You will be asked to scan the in-app barcode at the self-service PABLO terminals at your departure point. Click on your departure point below for more information.
However, if there is a technical issue, you will need to take a paper copy of your form to the Customs desk for manual checks. Without this, your tax refund may not be approved.
