You'll be able to generate your refund form from the home page once you have verified invoices totalling more than €100 (incl. VAT) across your trip, and have successfully verified your identity.
The "Refund form" stage on the home page will be unlocked when your invoices reach the minimum spend. Please check your form carefully:
If your personal details are wrong, please get in touch with us using live chat.
If your shopping details are wrong, you can make changes in the "Shop" section of the app.
Re-generate your form if you change anything.
