How do I get my refund approved?

To get a tax refund on your shopping, your refund form must be approved at your Wevat-supported departure point.

Before departure:

Generate your tax refund form in the app, and check that it's correct

  • If your personal details are wrong, you can change them in the "Profile" section of the app.

  • If your shopping details are wrong, you can make changes in the "Invoices" section of the app.

  • Re-generate your form if you change anything.

✅ Collect together your invoices and shopping. Customs may ask to see these so make sure they're accessible e.g. packed in your hand luggage.

At your departure point:

✅ Find the PABLO détaxe kiosk. For location information, click your departure point below:

🚇 Calais Eurotunnel

🛫 Lyon Saint-Exupéry (LYS)

🛫 Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE)

✈️ Bordeaux-Mérignac

🛳 Calais Ferry Port

🚄 Lille-Europe station

✅ Follow the on-screen instructions to get your tax refund approved:

(1) Select your language

(2) Scan your in-app refund form barcode

(3) Get customs approval (a green screen should appear with the message "Validated Form").

We recommend that you take a picture of the approval screen for your records.
