Things you need to get ready before going to the airport:

✅Get your tax refund form from Wevat app, preferably at least 12 hours before your departure time

✅Bring the goods you bought and the invoices with you and pack them in your hand luggage, French custom may check the items

When you’re at the airport

Step 1: Go to the French Customs tax refund desk (“Détaxe”). For terminal 1&2 it is located at departure on the first floor (The best way to find it by following the Détaxe sign or ask for a staff at airport).

Step 2: Find the PABLO détaxe kiosks located next to the tax refund desk

Step 3: Scan the barcode on the form to validate your tax-refund form, once you have see the green sign on the screen and the words “Validated Form”, you've completed all steps!

Step 4: If the kiosk shows the red sign, this is Customs need further check. If this happens to you please bring all your purchase and move to the French customs desk, they will manually validate the form for you

Please note:

We recommend that you take a picture of the screen for your records and start to track your refund on the Wevat app one day after your departure.

If the customs manually verified your refund form, they will not give you any receipt, if you are not sure if your refund form has been validated please contact us in the app to check it for you
