If you experience any problems with the PABLO détaxe kiosk, please try another kiosk.

In the very rare situation that the entire PABLO system is not working at your departure point, you will receive an email from the Wevat team with instructions on the back-up procedure.

If the PABLO system is down but you have not received this email, please contact support through the in-app chat function.
